New Longreach Office

Almost 12 months ago, Resolute established a second office - in Longreach.
Having already established a strong relationship with RAPAD, it was an easy and logical choice to lease an office in their new building.
Kimberley Turnbull who operates out of Resolute’s Longreach office is one of our senior staff and a local. She is the Team Leader responsible for delivery of services to Councils under their LGOnline subscription. This includes the LGOnline help desk service and all the ongoing development and management of the websites, community portals and intranets for Councils. Kimberley’s team includes two staff based in Brisbane who man the LGOnline help desk.
These days, physical location doesn’t matter. Kimberley works on systems which are hosted in multiple remote locations. The internet and modern technologies including our phone system make it simple. Council staff across Queensland talk regularly to Kimberley and few of them realise she is probably sitting in Longreach.
Establishing an office in Longreach has enabled Resolute to achieve its goal to stay in touch with the challenges and needs of remote Councils. The equally important added benefit is that it has enabled a highly valued staff member to live in her home town. A win-win!
