Like many amalgamated councils, Isaac Regional Council faced the challenge of merging 3 councils with 4 main business centres at Clermont, Moranbah, Nebo and St. Lawrence.
The 3 councils had a variety of laptops, Desktops, PDA's, printers, etc, operating systems, and multiple separate network environments.
This was having a serious negative effect on both business issues and staff morale.
